What was meant to be a school project has become a thriving biscuit business for two Melbourne students.

Madison Howell and Ava Freeman, Year 9 students at Strathcona Girls Grammar, launched Heavenly Sweet selling custom fondant cookies for the school’s TC Envision program.

In the first month, they made more than $1500 in sales — and will continue the business part-time while they study.
